- Reading: "The lion, the witch and the wardrobe: The Chronicles of Narnia" by C.S. Lewis.
Welcome to this 2nd term of the year. Here you'll study the different literary genres focusing on FANTASY stories. First of all, take a look at this presentation where there's a clear explanation of what you're going to study. You'd better download it so that it can work properly.
2ND TASK
Once you've seen the presentation, fill in the blanks of this outline. Maybe you'll need to see it again while doing the exercise. Print the paper and do the exercise.
Now you're going to watch a video that gives some information about fantasy novels and tales.
4TH TASK
After everything is said and done, it is time for you to become a writer: your project consists in doing a Powerpoint presentation in which you have to make up your own fantasy tale and tell it to the class. If you don't feel that creative, just choose a fantasy tale, novel or film and use it to do your project.
Presentations must be handed in from 18th to 22nd February 2019. (We'll see examples of how to make and deliver presentations)
